Well, here I am again. I just want to put this out there-- I'm in love with this city. It's everything I'd hoped for PLUS SOME! I expected so many different things out of this trip but I did not expect to meet such amazing people and have the best time of my life. It's a great suprise, though :).

I'm putting some pictures up from the other night at the Irish pub-- just because we had so much fun. (They're the ones with me holding the beer.. haha, of course...)

On Monday morning, we went to class and had another hard quiz. By the way, I put up a picture that I took of Dr. R teaching during class. He's the cutest thing ever! I seriously love that man. Isn't he cute? Haha, he's great. After class, Katie, Andrea, Roxanne and I went to the flea markets in Northern Paris. Ok- not so fun. We were literally HARASSED by people selling fake Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, D&G... all kinds of designers. Katie bought one thing and they went crazy on us. They just want you to buy something so bad- it's actually kind of humorous.

After the flea markets, we met Orie and Jamie at the Cinema to see Sex & the City. THE ABSOLUTE BEST MOVIE I'VE EVER SEEN. I had been so excited for it- it was everything I had hoped for. I laughed, I cried, I LOVED it! It made me feel like I was home :).

After the movie, we went home for dinner. The dinner was really good. Things are going alot more smoothly with Madame Bayle. She is just very picky and wants us to be very proper. It's good for me, though, to learn all these manners. I actually really appreciate the awesome food and I love being able to speak French with her and my roommates. I'm getting better and better :)! Exciting for me!

Today, we had class and then had an excursion to the Musee D'Orsay. It has alot of more modern art than the Louvre. I loved the Picasso, Renoir, and Monet. It was breathtaking seeing these original paintings. They also have breathtaking architectural art and modern sculptures. The picture of the clock is taken from inside the main floor of the Musee D'Orsay.

We have had dinner and are getting ready to go meet some friends for a drink.

I think I'm in shock or something about how much fun I'm having. I'm not gonna lie.. I thought I would be kind of miserable here with my family/dogs/stuff. I'm so humbled by the fact that I genuinely love this place. No, it's not like home at all. It's not like what I'm used to but it's good. It's new and exciting. It's just perfect. I'm on, like, a Paris-high. It's great... A prochain fois... Je t'aime mes amis!
